We had a family reunion for the Liston side.....unfortunately we didn't take any pictures with our camera. But we had a great time and we got to see lots of family.
So here is our proof, shirts with all of our names
This is where we stay when ever we go up.....isn't it cute! Danny and Sherri (my in-laws) bought this house some years back and were renting it but now it's empty. they've done some fixing up and the house looks great, it's a great place to stay when we're up there.
The stairs are steep but carter loved climbing all over them.
Out back there is a cute little tree house for kids with this cool slide going down, to bad carter was asleep when we took this picture.
We went out on day to go fishing....carter was a trooper in the car.
Daniel had a blast teaching this little guy how to fish, if only carter were more interested, he just wanted to play with the dirt the whole time. to bad the only fish they caught was a little guy so they put him back in the lake.
It was a fun trip and we loved visiting with the family....but we're thinking twice before we jump back in the car to take our 1 year old on a 10+ hour drive the way up there he was fine, (cause we traveled at night) but man the trip home was awful, not only did it take 14 some hours but carter got sick and was just miserable. Maybe next trip we go on we'll have to try an airplane.
