Fourth of July!
For the forth of July we went up to Utah with Daniel's parents (Carter's first road trip....he did GREAT!) i got matching shirts for all of us so of coarse we had to take pictures.

Blessing day
We blessed Carter on the 12th of July. It was a beautiful day and we were so excited to share it with friends and family. Daniel did a wonderful job with his first baby blessing! :)
While we were up in Utah over the 4th we found this adorable little white suit to put Carter in for his blessing. Once again our wonderful family photographer Chris took pictures for us.
OC Fair Part 1
At the end of July we went to the OC fair to try and catch the demolition derby. (Very exciting watching cars crash together and sometimes explode.) Unfortunately we didn't get to see it cause the stands were incredibly full. So we just walked around and enjoyed the fair.
Cousins
One Thursday Daniel was on baby duty so he ventured out to my parents house in Murrieta to install these beautiful appliances. Doesn't it look great, he was all worried about cutting the granite but once again he did an awesome job and everything looked amazing.
While he did that my mom and sister got to play with Carter and Carter got to play with his new cousin Ellis....don't they just look like they're having so much fun!
The fishing trip
Daniel went with his dad, brother and a bunch of other guys on a deep sea fishing trip.
USA vs Barcelona Spain
While Daniel went on the fishing trip Carter and I took aunt Jen with us to a soccer game with the Collier family.
OC Fair Part 2
Leslie and I took the kiddos to the fair. We went to the petting zoo and ate lots of good terrible food. Raegan had her first taste of Dip n Dots.
First Bike Ride
Monday night we went to Irvine park and took carter for his first bike ride. Afterward we had a BBQ with Daniel's family, it started to get chilly so we used our cute little bundle to warm us up.
Rolling over
this weekend Carter rolled over for the first time! He did it twice and we tried to catch it on tape but the stubborn boy wouldn't do it again. ( he hasn't done it again since)

Last nights sleep
So ever since about 5 or 6 weeks old Daniel and i have been spoiled with a baby that sleeps 8 hour at night. Well last night Carter slept for 10 1/2 hours so WE got 8 hours of sleep... uninterrupted. :)

Just wanted to tell you guys how cute you are! I can't believe how big your baby is. Next time you guys visit Escalante, we should all do something (or at least Daniel and my husband could go shooting guns or something).

ReplyDeleteI can't believe how big Carter is already! He is so cute! When are you guys going to Escalante again? Sharla is getting married this weekend so we are going to Arizona, wish you guys could come!
ReplyDeletecrazy how time flies so fast! carter is getting to be such a big boy. he is so adorable! that is so fun that melissa has a little boy too, so they can be best buds! you look great! and im jealous that carter will sleep 10 1/2 hours uninterrupted!
